Arum: "Yes to random testing, but let's make it fair."

The honorable Bob Arum, promoter to the humble, legendary, eight-division, Fighter of the Decade, congressman of the Sarangani province, Manny Pacquiao, just made the Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather super fight even easier to put together.

"Like I said. Pacquiao is ready to make the sacrifice for his fans. Random blood testing with no cut-off date," said the jovial Hall of Fame promoter. "We're fine with Olympic-style testing, but for the sake of fairness, we have to insist on our nurse doing the actual insertion of the needle and that the actual drawing of blood be done in a private room, away from the officials of the testing agency. You have to understand that Manny is shy about these things. Also, just to make sure Manny is home when the officials arrive, we're going to need 4-days notice."

Surely this is a fair compromise to Floyd Mayweather's unfair demand for blood testing.

If Mayweather STILL won't sign to fight after all the compromises Manny has made, there can only be one answer-- He's scared!
