Arum: "Yes to random testing, but let's make it fair."

The honorable Bob Arum, promoter to the humble, legendary, eight-division, Fighter of the Decade, congressman of the Sarangani province, Manny Pacquiao, just made the Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather super fight even easier to put together.

"Like I said. Pacquiao is ready to make the sacrifice for his fans. Random blood testing with no cut-off date," said the jovial Hall of Fame promoter. "We're fine with Olympic-style testing, but for the sake of fairness, we have to insist on our nurse doing the actual insertion of the needle and that the actual drawing of blood be done in a private room, away from the officials of the testing agency. You have to understand that Manny is shy about these things. Also, just to make sure Manny is home when the officials arrive, we're going to need 4-days notice."

Surely this is a fair compromise to Floyd Mayweather's unfair demand for blood testing.

If Mayweather STILL won't sign to fight after all the compromises Manny has made, there can only be one answer-- He's scared!

Manny, who was working out with trainer, Freddie Roach, took time to pose with a box of packing peanuts and, afterward, playfully tossed them around the gym.

Some critics like to doubt Manny Pacquiao and his mainstream takeover of all media. Can they really doubt it now?

Mayweather Ducks Court Hearing

Possibly fearing a face to face encounter with the honorable, legendary, eight-division, Fighter of the Decade, congressman of the Sarangani province, Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather pulled a no-show in a deposition related to Pacquiao's defamation lawsuit against Mayweather for his unfounded and ridiculous claims that the noble super hero was on performance enhancing drugs.

Mayweather continues to duck and dodge all things Pacquiao, but the long arm of the law will make "Money" face justice, even if he won't face Manny!

The Boxing Hall of Fame Agrees: "We Love Manny!"

The Boxing Examinator made its way to the International Boxing Hall of Fame last weekend and covered this wonderful event where Mike Tyson, Sylvester Stallone, Julio Cesar Chavez, Kostya Tszyu, Joe Cortez, and Ignacio Beristain were inducted as the class of 2011.

As we walked through the festivities, we had a chance to speak briefly with all of the inductees and, without a doubt, they were all in agreement on one issue: Manny Pacquiao is the best fighter around and is a credit to the profession.

To Tyson: Is Manny Pacquiao the pound for pound best? "Yeah."

To Stallone:
Isn't Manny Pacquiao a credit to the sport? "Sure."

To Tzsyu: What do you think of 'Sometimes When We Touch' by Manny Pacquiao? "I'm sure it's good."

To Chavez:
Why won't Floyd Mayweather fight Manny Pacquiao? Chavez just shrugged his shoulders.

To Cortez: What's it like to be so close to Manny Pacquiao? "It's just part of my job."

The Boxing Examinator did not get a chance to question Ignacio Beristain, but he likely would've agreed with the other legendary fighters: Manny Pacquiao is the best!

We can't wait to get back to the Hall of Fame next year to cover this wonderful event!

Koncz: "Manny already took the blood tests!"

Right-hand man of Manny Pacquiao, Michael Koncz, went on the record today, telling various members of the media, that what we've been hearing about random blood testing and a possible fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr., is actually a non-issue.

"Manny already took the test," the honorable assistant said. "He had a private nurse from Manilla draw the blood last May under my supervision. We tested it right there and it was 100% clean. As a matter of fact, Manny's blood from the testing is in a jar under my bed as we speak. If Mayweather wants proof, I can FedEx him the jar, so he can test it himself."

Once again, the honorable, legendary, eight-division, Fighter of the Decade, congressman of the Sarangani province, Manny Pacquiao makes the case for being a straight-shooting hero while the controversial "Money" Mayweather just keeps digging a bigger and bigger hole for himself.

Now, Berto has once again taken to the popular social media service in an effort to do some damage control and save his diminishing reputation:

"I just wanna say, I never accused Victor Ortiz of using PEDs," the former champ tweeted to his thousands of followers Monday afternoon. "As a matter of fact, I don't even have a Twitter account."

"Money" Mayweather Turns Down $1 Billion to Fight Manny Pacquiao!

The controversial Floyd "Money" Mayweather continues in his quest to avoid legendary 8-division champ, Manny Pacquiao.

This time, the security guard-poking pugilist has turned down an offer of $1 Billion to fight the pound-for-pound king.

According to promoter, Bob Arum, the monetary offer was made by a prince in Nigeria and sent to all parties via email.

It seems as though this Super Fight will never happen, and the only question worth asking is: "What are you so afraid of, Floyd?"
